McShan Wash Solutions came out to help remove what we thought was paint on my driveway, but it turned out to be a rubberized bed liner that couldn’t be removed with their process. Even though they couldn’t remove it, Bobby still took the time to pressure wash the entire driveway and didn’t charge me anything for the service. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that’s upfront and still goes the extra mile for their customers. The driveway looked much cleaner when they finished, and the whole experience was great. I’d definitely recommend McShan Wash Solutions to anyone needing pressure washing. Bobby & his wife Cyndi were spectacular. From the first day I called for an estimate, they were very professional and the price was reasonable. They were willing to work with me based on my schedule. They were on time, did an exceptional job and have a great customer relationship. Bobby and Cyndi came to my home in Kingwood and pressure washed my driveway! They cleaned it so well the stains from oil were almost completely gone and that’s unheard of. They have great quality machinery that works well, and awesome team work with tip top customer service. They also came back a few days later to check how it looked dry.
