McShan Wash Solutions came out to help remove what we thought was paint on my driveway, but it turned out to be a rubberized bed liner that couldn’t be removed with their process. Even though they couldn’t remove it, Bobby still took the time to pressure wash the entire driveway and didn’t charge me anything for the service. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that’s upfront and still goes the extra mile for their customers. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our house was long overdue for a power wash, and I honestly didn't realize how much dirt, grime, and buildup had accumulated over time until I saw the finished result. Absolutely blown away by the results from McShan Wash Solutions. They cleaned our driveway, front walkway, stone entry pillars, and retaining wall and the difference is unreal. What I thought was permanent staining and discoloration turned out to just be years of built-up organic growth, algae, and grime. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. They didn’t just surface clean everything either — they included a post-treatment that helps kill off the remaining organic growth so it stays cleaner longer. You can tell they actually care about doing the job correctly instead of just making it look good for one day. The stone pillars especially came out incredible. The concrete and masonry look almost new again without any damage or harsh streaking. Super professional, showed up on time, communicated well, and took pride in the work. Let’s start off by saying the home is 50 years old, and McShan was able to give it a refresh before I put the home on the market for sale. They did a whole home soft wash, followed by pressure washing of driveway, patio, and pool surround. Easy scheduling, arrival on time, and fairly priced. What more could you ask for. Bobby and Cyndi came to my home in Kingwood and pressure washed my driveway! They cleaned it so well the stains from oil were almost completely gone and that’s unheard of. Got my roof washed by Mcshan and what a transformation. Didn’t realize how dirty it was until after the wash was complete. Besides looking much better was informed that it also extends the life of the roof by getting off all the algae that eats away at the shingles. 100% recommended ~ Eddie V
